U.S. Dairy Export Council
Redesigned USDEC's website with a recipe-download page and an office and meeting-room booking function.

The brief
The U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC) needed a website redesign that added a recipe page for download requests and a booking function for their offices and meeting rooms, supporting their role as a collaborative partner in the Southeast Asian food and beverage industry.
The challenge
Beyond a visual refresh, the site had to add real functionality, gated recipe downloads and room bookings, while staying easy to use for industry professionals.
How I ran it
- 01Aligned stakeholders on the added functionality and what success looked like, so we built to one agreed scope.
- 02Coordinated design and development to build the recipe-request and booking flows cleanly into the redesign.
- 03Structured the content around information-sharing and engagement with industry professionals.
- 04Managed the build to a user-friendly, on-schedule launch.
What I managed
- Scope & requirements
- Recipe & booking features
- Stakeholder alignment
