The brief
Eminent Pest Control, a leading Singapore pest-control provider, needed a comprehensive website to showcase their full range of services and educate customers, from cockroach and rat control to termites, bed bugs and emergency callouts.
The challenge
A lot of service content to organise clearly, with landing-page-ready pages for each pest type and an emergency service that had to stand out, all while conveying that every technician is NEA-licensed and trusted.
How I ran it
- 01Structured the information architecture around the services customers actually search for, with a dedicated page per pest type.
- 02Made each service page landing-page-ready so it works as a standalone entry point.
- 03Highlighted the emergency service and NEA-licensed credentials to build trust and drive urgent enquiries.
