Project Overview
Towa Marine & Industry Services is a Singapore-based marine HVAC and refrigeration systems specialist with over 30 years of experience. Despite their longstanding reputation in the ship repair and industrial air-conditioning space, they had no online presence.
I was tasked with building their first official website, a clean, professional platform to represent their expertise, showcase their services and product range, and enable easier contact with clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and Batam.
Problem
Without a website, Towa Marine relied solely on word-of-mouth and offline communication. Their lack of digital visibility made it difficult for potential clients to learn about their offerings or reach out for urgent repair jobs. As a result, they risked losing credibility and new business opportunities in a digital-first industry.
Solution
I designed and developed a WordPress-based website highlighting Towa’s key strengths: deep expertise, broad regional coverage, and round-the-clock service availability.
The site includes:
- A professional homepage outlining their core services and experience
- Dedicated Products and Services pages with item breakdowns
- A contact page with WhatsApp and email integration
- Clear calls-to-action for immediate inquiries
- A responsive design optimised for both desktop and mobile use
The visual style is minimal, reliable, and industry-focused, projecting trust and operational excellence.
