Project Overview
Kent Lim is a Singapore-based property agent who needed a professional and approachable digital presence to connect with potential clients and showcase his listings. With no existing website, I was brought in to build a clean, modern site from scratch that would reflect his credibility and make it easy for visitors to explore available properties and get in touch.

Kent had been relying solely on social media and messaging apps to manage property inquiries and share listings. Without a centralized platform, it was difficult for clients to view his services, understand his expertise, or browse properties efficiently. He needed a proper website to boost his online presence, create trust, and streamline communication.
Solution
I designed and developed a responsive WordPress website tailored for real estate needs. The site includes a clear introduction to Kent’s profile, an interactive property listings section with a filter, and a contact form that routes inquiries directly to Kent. The user interface is friendly and mobile-optimized, with a layout that emphasizes trust, accessibility, and ease of use.
The final site gives Kent a professional edge, allows potential buyers to view listings at a glance, and makes it simple for anyone to reach out, all without needing technical know-how to update the site moving forward.
